Publishing illustration

Part of a series of illustrations used in a number of publications; a dancing female robot with features that mimic that of humans, both a familiar and disturbingly unfamiliar physiology.

Modelled in 3ds Max, rendered using the scanline renderer with volumetric lighting, and animated using moves from the 'Muybridge Variations' motion capture library.
